Now for some views of it fresh from the paint shop....
Nice, pretty vermillion red. I first painted the caboose with a gray primer; then finished it off with Polyscale Bright Caboose red.
Other Side of caboose...just for comparison...Polyscale works just fine on brass, the key is proper surface preparation. Decals are Microscale (striping and lube plates) and Herald King's Eagle emblems, numerals, and "Local Service Only" stencils...common markings for the MoPac's older cabeese in the 1980's.
